Action Code

Action Code

Action code has been established to provide Nohara Group with some guidance when enacting our mission.
Action code is composed of three elements: customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and corporate social responsibility.

1. Customer Satisfaction

We always stay ahead and take the initiative to offer our customers products and services with high value.

  • By offering products and services with high value, we aim to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction.
  • We not only adequately meet customer needs but also offer solutions to what might be the underlying more basic problem, and offer suggestions that customers have not yet thought of.

Employee Satisfaction

Each employee becomes a reformer and is not afraid to take on new challenges.

Each employee works together with other employees and makes efforts to solve problems as a team.

  • An employee is given credit for actively taking on new challenges in order to enact the company's mission or vision.
  • Integrating the knowledge of many people enables difficult problems to be solved. This requires that the principles of cooperation and communication be practiced. Teamwork forms the core of what it means to be a member of Nohara.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We strive to make a better global environment, and we fulfill our responsibilities as a corporation to future generations.

  • Contributing to society is not possible today without considering "the environment." We actively engage in environmentally aware activities in order to contribute to a healthy environment and a prosperous society. We believe that this is one of our responsibilities to society.

Environmental Policy

In order to contribute to an environmentally friendly society, we will advance eco-management by complying with relevant laws, offering energy-saving products and services, and continuously reviewing our operations.

Companies are increasingly challenged to advance measures that address environmental issues such as climate change and waste reduction. Given the enactment and revision of environment-related laws and regulations such as the "Revised Energy Saving Act," the ever-important role of socially responsible investing (SRI) and greater risk of environmental disasters, we are more committed than ever before to make efforts in environmental management practices.

With the goal of contributing to a sustainable society and broadening our knowledge base on environmental management, we have kept environmetal management a part of system that evaluates and assits environmental management.
